Week 2 takes the five foundation moves from Week 1 and doubles the tempo. Targets climb from 600 to 900 touches a day — about 5,250 for the week — and every drill is now about fast feet: quick, light, repeatable touches at game speed.
The rule for this week: as fast as you can, as clean as you can. If the ball starts escaping you, you found your current limit — back off ten percent and grind there. That edge is exactly where fast feet get built.

Speed Toe Taps
Target: 600 touchesGoal: take the simplest move you know and find out how fast your feet can really go.
Today’s routine
- Toe taps, max speed — 4 rounds of 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest (~300 touches)
- Foundations — 2 minutes at a strong tempo (~200 touches)
- Free dribbling — 1 minute of cuts and turns (~100 touches)
Form cues
- Arms pump like you’re sprinting — they set the rhythm for your feet.
- Barely graze the top of the ball; the lighter the touch, the faster the tap.
- Count your touches in the 45-second rounds. Try to beat the count each round.
Fast Foundations
Target: 650 touchesGoal: turn your foundations touch into a blur while the ball stays glued to the line between your feet.
Today’s routine
- Foundations, max speed — 4 rounds of 45 seconds on, 15 off (~350 touches)
- Foundations moving forward and backward — 2 minutes (~180 touches)
- Speed toe taps — 1 minute (~120 touches)
Form cues
- Stay low — speed comes from bent knees, not frantic legs.
- The ball never travels wider than your hips. Tight is fast.
- Look up once per round without losing the rhythm.
Roll-and-Stop
Target: 700 touchesGoal: train change of pace — explode, kill the ball dead, explode again. Defenders hate this.
Today’s routine
- Inside roll, sole stop — 2 minutes, roll the ball across fast, stop it dead with the sole, both feet (~200 touches)
- Push-and-stop — 2 minutes, push the ball two steps ahead, sprint, stop it with the sole (~150 touches)
- Fast foundations — 2 minutes (~250 touches)
- Toe taps — 1 minute (~100 touches)
Form cues
- The stop matters more than the roll — the ball should die completely under your sole.
- Exaggerate the tempo change: slow-slow-EXPLODE.
Level up: do push-and-stop off both feet on alternating reps — it’s a staple of the intermediate tier in the Master Touch drill library.
Ten days in — protect the streak
This is the stretch where most players quietly quit. A visible streak is the antidote. Log every session in Master Touch, watch the ring close, and don’t hand back the days you’ve already banked.
Download FreeTriangle Touches
Target: 750 touchesGoal: learn your first three-touch pattern — sole, inside, inside — the rhythm behind dozens of real moves.
Today’s routine
- Triangle touches, right foot leading — 2 minutes: drag back with the sole, touch across with the inside, return with the other inside (~175 touches)
- Triangle touches, left foot leading — 2 minutes (~175 touches)
- Fast foundations — 2 minutes (~250 touches)
- Speed toe taps — 90 seconds (~150 touches)
Form cues
- Learn it at half speed first — the pattern matters more than the pace today.
- Say it out loud if it helps: “drag, across, back.”
- Once it flows, add speed until it almost breaks.
Pull-Back V’s
Target: 800 touchesGoal: combine the pull-back with a push-out at an angle — the “V” that turns you away from pressure.
Today’s routine
- V’s, right foot — 2 minutes: pull the ball back with the sole, push it out at 45 degrees with the inside (~175 touches)
- V’s, left foot — 2 minutes (~175 touches)
- Triangle touches — 2 minutes, alternating lead foot (~200 touches)
- Fast foundations — 2 minutes (~250 touches)
Form cues
- The pull-back and the push are one motion, not two.
- Turn your hips into each push — pretend a defender just lunged.
The 10-Minute Nonstop Circuit
Target: 850 touchesGoal: string everything from Weeks 1 and 2 into ten minutes with zero standing around.
Today’s routine — no breaks between drills
- Speed toe taps — 90 seconds (~150 touches)
- Fast foundations — 2 minutes (~250 touches)
- Roll-and-stop — 90 seconds (~125 touches)
- Triangle touches — 2 minutes (~175 touches)
- Pull-back V’s — 90 seconds (~125 touches)
- Free dribbling sprint finish — 30 seconds flat out (~25 touches)
Form cues
- Transitions count. Roll straight from one move into the next.
- When your legs get heavy in minute eight, hold your form. That’s the rep that counts.
Test Day
Target: 900 touchesGoal: 900 touches at Week 2 tempo, then attack your juggle record from Day 7.
Today’s routine
- The 10-minute nonstop circuit — Day 13’s full circuit (~850 touches)
- Victory lap — 30 seconds of free dribbling (~50 touches)
- Juggling test — three attempts to beat your Day 7 record.
Form cues
- Halfway there. You’ve done roughly 8,400 touches since Day 1.
- Log the juggle number — Week 3 checks it again.
Week 2 complete: your feet are faster than they were seven days ago — measurably, if you counted your Day 8 rounds. Week 3 fixes the thing almost every young player avoids: the weak foot.
