The final nine days. Every day from here is 1,000 touches or more — the standard coaches everywhere preach — finishing with a 1,250-touch final test and a graduation day. About 9,850 touches this week, and roughly 25,000 for the full challenge.
Week 4 isn’t about new moves. It’s about proving to yourself that 1,000 touches a day is not a special-occasion effort — it’s just what you do now. That shift is worth more than any single skill in this course.

The 11-Minute 1,000-Touch Routine
Target: 1,000 touchesGoal: learn the exact routine you’ll use long after this challenge ends — 1,000 touches in eleven minutes.
Today’s routine
- Toe taps — 2 minutes (~200 touches)
- Foundations — 2 minutes (~200 touches)
- Inside-outside rolls — 2 minutes each foot (~200 touches)
- Sole rolls and pull-backs — 2 minutes (~150 touches)
- Free dribbling — 3 minutes of cuts, turns, and moves (~250 touches)
Form cues
- Eleven minutes, one ball, no equipment. This routine fits any day for the rest of your playing life.
- Use the free dribbling block to run your Week 3 moves at speed.
Moves Under Fatigue
Target: 1,000 touchesGoal: do your sharpest skills on tired legs — because that’s when games are decided.
Today’s routine
- Fast foundations — 3 minutes nonstop to pre-fatigue (~350 touches)
- Chops & cuts — 2 minutes, immediately after (~150 touches)
- Speed toe taps — 2 minutes (~250 touches)
- Step-over combos — 2 minutes on burning legs (~150 touches)
- Weak-foot sole rolls — 1 minute to cool down (~100 touches)
Form cues
- The order is the workout: exhaust first, execute second.
- Form holds even when legs don’t. Slow down before you get sloppy.
Touches + Juggling Combo
Target: 1,050 touchesGoal: mix ground work with juggling blocks — five days before your final juggle test.
Today’s routine
- The 11-minute routine, compressed — 8 minutes (~750 touches)
- Juggling blocks — 4 rounds of 1 minute: juggle, and every drop means five toe taps before you restart (~250 touches)
- One max juggle attempt — preview your Day 29 test (~50 touches)
Form cues
- Juggle with both feet, thighs allowed, low and controlled beats high and lucky.
- Struggling? The juggling guide has the full progression.
Your streak is about to hit 30
If you’ve been logging every day in Master Touch, your streak, your juggle records, and every one of your ~25,000 touches are in your history. That log is proof of work no one can argue with — and Day 31 is where it gets fun.
Download FreeTight-Space Day
Target: 1,100 touchesGoal: 1,100 touches inside a space the size of a doormat — garage, hallway, or basement.
Today’s routine
- Toe taps — 2.5 minutes (~275 touches)
- Foundations — 2.5 minutes (~275 touches)
- Sole rolls, all four directions — 3 minutes: side, side, forward, pull-back (~275 touches)
- Triangle touches & V’s — 3 minutes (~275 touches)
Form cues
- If the ball leaves your one-step radius, the rep didn’t count.
- Tight spaces are a feature, not a limitation — the best close control is built in small rooms. More ideas in drills to do at home.
Design Your Own Circuit
Target: 1,100 touchesGoal: build your own 12-minute circuit from everything in the course — you’re the coach today.
Today’s routine — your rules, three requirements
- At least two Week 3 moves (chop, cut, step-over, or a combo)
- At least three minutes of weak-foot work
- At least one speed block of 90+ seconds nonstop
Form cues
- Write your circuit down before you start — then actually follow it.
- Keep the good ones. The circuit you invent today might be your go-to for years.
Beat-Yesterday Day
Target: 1,150 touchesGoal: run yesterday’s circuit again — and beat it by 50 touches in the same time.
Today’s routine
- Your Day 26 circuit — same drills, same order, same clock (~1,100 touches)
- The extra 50 — squeeze them out with faster transitions, not longer time
Form cues
- The extra 50 hides in the gaps between drills. Cut the gaps.
- This is the whole philosophy of training in one day: same work, one percent sharper.
Volume Day
Target: 1,200 touchesGoal: the biggest single session of the challenge so far — steady, unhurried, relentless.
Today’s routine
- The 11-minute routine — full version (~1,000 touches)
- Bonus block — 2 minutes of your favorite drill from the course (~200 touches)
Form cues
- Don’t sprint this one. Thirteen smooth minutes beats ten frantic ones.
- Notice how normal 1,200 feels. On Day 1, this number would have seemed impossible.
Final Test
Target: 1,250 touchesGoal: the challenge’s peak: 1,250 touches, then your max juggle attempt against your Day 1 baseline.
Today’s routine
- Five-move circuit — 4 minutes (~400 touches)
- Speed round — 3 minutes: fast foundations + speed toe taps (~350 touches)
- Moves round — 3 minutes: chops, cuts, step-overs, combos, both feet (~250 touches)
- Your Day 26 circuit highlights — 2 minutes (~250 touches)
- Juggle-off — five attempts at your all-time record
Form cues
- Compare today’s juggle number with Day 1. That gap is 29 days of work made visible.
- Log everything. Tomorrow you graduate.
Graduation
Target: 1,000 touchesGoal: a victory-lap 1,000 — and the decision that makes the last 30 days permanent.
Today’s routine
- The 11-minute 1,000-touch routine — the same one you’ll run on Day 31, 50, and 365 (~1,000 touches)
- Add it up — roughly 25,000 deliberate touches in 30 days. Most players don’t do that in a year.
What happens now
- The challenge ends. The habit doesn’t. Set your daily goal to 1,000 touches in Master Touch and keep the streak alive — Day 31 is just the next ring to close.
- Your weak foot works, your feet are fast, and you own real moves. The next level is the intermediate drill tier, juggling records, and your team’s leaderboard.
